Role:Autism Clinical Lead

Salary: £67,500

Responsibilities:

• Report to ND Service Lead
• Supervise and manage team coordinators
• Lead training and CPD initiatives
• Manage complex MDTs
• Coordinate performance audits
• Plan capacity and rotas
• Act as Safeguarding lead
• Ensure clinical values and consistency across ASC service
• Clinical liaison with institutional clients

Requirements:

• ADOS and ADI-R trained with evidence
• Extensive diagnostic experience, including ADHD
• Provide recent redacted assessment report
• Mental health work experience
• Collaborative mindset
• Effective communication skills
• Strong leadership abilities

Additional Details:

• Salary £67,500 (dependent on experience)
• Flexible remote working
• 30 days annual leave + Public holidays pro-rata
