Role: Clinical Psychologist

Take a Seat People are recruiting for an experienced Clinical Psychologist in the Swansea area. Would you like to work in an environment where teamwork and regular CPD are the norms? In a non clinical setting, you will be able to support clients and their families in ways you never thought possible.

 

You will be working in a supportive environment where development and career progression are at the forefront of the company's ethos. Learning from senior leaders, you will have the opportunity to evolve your skills and experiences with all the support needed to develop your career. You will support clinical team working, both direct interventions and the delivery of group programmes.

 

Responsibilities

  • Assessing needs and designing and delivering specialist psychological treatments. Delivering high quality 1:1 assessments and treatment to patients
  • Support the team to develop new initiatives and ways of working
  • Develop and manage groupwork programmes and innovative therapeutic approaches
  • Support and develop staff training
  • Participate fully with the multidisciplinary team

Qualifications

  • HCPC registered Clinical or Counselling Psychologists
  • Clear understanding of risk assessment/management tools and formulation
  • Working with Adult populations
